A strong sourcer here owns meaningful outcomes and works with direct access to recruiting leadership.We are looking for a contract technical sourcer with a track record of building quality pipeline for Staff-level and above software engineers across core engineering disciplines.What You'll Be DoingYou'll own top-of-funnel sourcing for core engineering roles. That means identifying, engaging, and qualifying passive senior engineering talent across product software engineering, infrastructure, inference, SRE, security, and data infrastructure. You'll work directly with the hiring manager, develop outreach strategies tailored to each role, qualify candidates against a high bar, and maintain clean pipeline data throughout.Specifically: build targeted candidate lists, develop and execute personalized outreach sequences, screen for technical signal and role fit, prepare candidate summaries for hiring manager review, and iterate on sourcing strategy as priorities shift.
